Greatly extended YAML syntax file for JOE

New features:
- YAML directive support (red)
- YAML string (as scalar) support
- brace hilite (magenta)
- YAML block delimeters --- and ... (blue)
- YAML references &idxy and *idxy (yellow)
- YAML datatypes: builtin ones and local-defined (by user)
