ZHOUTING 89e59bf484 two issues about plugin config 
1. rabbitmq_connections need root account.
2. change "-" to "_", since all the plugins use "_".

ZHOUTING b86b884ee2 messages_uncommitted doesn't exist in list_queues. 
messages_uncommitted is subcommand of list_channels.
